Ali Taha KOÇ

Head of the Digital Transformation Office, Türkiye

Dr. KOÇ completed his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Bilkent University in 2001. He joined Intel USA in 2006 as a research and development (R&D) engineer. During his tenure at Intel, he developed 61 patents, published 23 scientific articles, and developed and managed several international projects. In 2013, he became one of the 10 awarded engineers who developed the most patents. In 2014 he started to work in Turkey as Prime Counsel at the Prime Ministry and was appointed to the Presidency Information Technology Directorate the same year. In 2018, KOÇ was appointed as the Head of Digital Transformation Office.
