Kiren Naidoo is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Zdravlje A.D., one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the region. Kiren represents Frontier Baystone, Zdravlje’s shareholders, which is a London-based specialized healthcare investor. Previously, Kiren was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML), specialising in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and financing projects within the pharmaceutical industry. During his time at BofAML Kiren advised and executed over $50 billion in transactions across the US, Europe, CEE, Middle East and Africa.
