Yves Iradukunda

Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of ICT and Innovation, Rwanda

Yves Iradukunda is the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Innovation and ICT for the Government of Rwanda. He joined the public service from the Allan&Gill Gray Philanthropy where he served as the Rwanda Country Director. Prior to AGGP, he was a Senior Director at MASS Design Group overseeing operations in Rwanda and ensuring coordination across other global offices for the design collective. Yves has an educational experience through his work with Bridge2Rwanda as a professional career advisor focusing on talent development, coaching and counseling scholars and professionals with regards to their personal and career development. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bridge2Rwanda and as the chairman of Water Access Rwanda, a social enterprise that provides clean water to people in rural areas
